Top Quality & Prompt Delivery July 31, 2024 Reviewer: JCE from BILLINGS, MT United States   This surf/surf polished rack and swivel were very well packaged for shipping and appear to still be of the high quality I am accustomed to with their products.  The install was easy but Krypt provided no instructions which would have saved a little time for me even though I've installed several over the years.  Instructions could save considerable time for those who've never installed them.  An easy 5 stars for the product itself. Malibu Illusion G3 Racks March 14, 2022 Reviewer: Shane Glimpse from Gresham, OR United States   The order showed up faster than expected. The quality looks good and they are pretty nice for the cost. They do not come with directions on how to assemble it or the mounting hardware to the rack. You can figure it out, but directions would be nice and if accompanied with the 4 mounting bolts, it would make it a 5 star rating. Was this review helpful to you?

Well crafted and great service August 26, 2018 Reviewer: RW Howell from AUSTIN, TX United States   I purchased a surf rack for my Malibu.  The craftsmanship is sturdy indeed.  Unfortunately, there was 1 bolt missing.  This happens.  The team was very responsive, helping to clarify and identify the missing piece and immediately sent it out.  Stuff happens in business, how an organization responds, say a lot about them.  I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Bullet Lines again.
