Phone conversation made clear how parts went together. Simple schematic would have kept me from being a bother. Good product! April 9, 2021 Reviewer: Christopher Roberts from Victoria, BC Canada   I'm generally very happy with the mount. It appears sturdy and well finished. It's pivoting action is a bit tight currently but I expect it will loosen up with age and use. My only complaint is: When you get the mount, there was no bolt or lock washer included, so if you think you are going to bolt on on go, it's not going to happen. You will need to go to a specialty hardware store and try and find the right allen head bolt and washer. Luckily in my case I have been doing mechanical projects for years and save old bolts and hardware for just this type of situation, so I was able to enjoy the new mount fairly soon after receiving it. The incremental cost of including a bolt and washer would likely be pretty minimal and would really help the customer out. Was this review helpful to you?

Quick release rack rotating swivel arm mount September 13, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from APACHE JUNCTION, AZ United States   Great addition to the quick release line of racks.  Good quality at an excellent price.  The ability to rotate the rack to the inside of the boat makes loading boards easy/convenient, gets the racks out of the way when pulling up to a covered dock where the supports for the roof are a impact hazard and, in my case, have limited side space in the garage. Not what is pictured July 21, 2015 Reviewer: daniel kamler from edmond, OK United States   What is pictured only works with the new racks. The pivot that is not pictured is what works on the no quick disconnect racks. No notice or information was given that what was shown in the pictures was not what I would receive. Good quality but very large and quite cumbersome. They should have better descriptions with more pictures and two listings one for each style of pivot. Was this review helpful to you?
